We stand behind Intentora and want you to have confidence in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how to request one. This policy applies to purchases made via Paddle, our payment provider.

Trials and First-Time Purchases

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.

One‑time Purchases (e.g., add‑ons)

One‑time purchases are non‑refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where the item is defective and we cannot remedy it.

How to Request a Refund

Abuse and Fair Use

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated refunds, excessive usage during the period, or policy misuse).

Legal

This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply based on your location. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Paddle where eligible.
